2010 : Master Contractor, ISEG Lille :


During one year, Manager conquest in bank of the Monday to Thursday and stud the Business Friday and Saturday.


I started with psychology for recruitment, how to identify the talents and how used (MBTI). Then, we did work the invitations to tender in France and Europe, the economic intelligence, the coaching and the team building.
Lastly, we finished by the matters specific to the option contractor: finance, management of the structures, fusion acquisition, innovation Management, right social, law the labor and creation of company. In this package, there are 40 % of finance, 40 % of personnel management, 10 % of innovation and 10 % of law.


I worked the subject:
  • creation of a gathering self-service fruit and vegetable with the farm”. I build this project, in my father's farm, because It has a good rentability.
  • How do you make for conquest new costumer, in Bank with 40 % of market share ”. I create challenges for the trainer and for the agency, new base of data.


2009 : Fourth year of business school in operational marketing, ISEG Lille :


During this year, student of the September to April and marketer manager in advise agricultural financial market of the April to August.

2008 : License of economy-management-marketing, mention: rural company : Lille CNAM


During one year, Manager in big farm of the Thursday and Friday and stud Monday to Wednesday.


In License, I stud 20 % economy (political and financial), 20 % management, 20 % trade international, 20 % marketing, 10 % accountancy and 10 % economic right (France, Europe and World).


I also covered the subject: “to export French brewery barley for Scotch whiskey distilling”, because my farm sale with a small gain cooperative. She don't have marketing. This subject is new opportunity for my farm.


2007 : BTSA ACSE (analyzes of an agricultural operating system) : Genech institute


During two years, I stud 70 % agricultural management (economic, financial, tax, environmental, technical, land, bulding and family), 15 % accountancy and 15 % right. In reality, this license is : “How are you a good business farmer ?


I worked the subject:
  • creation and evolution of a gathering self-service fruit and vegetable with the farm” The self-service start in 2007 on 2 hectares. In 2010, it is on 6 hectares.
  • It is profitable to replace preserve beans by potatoes”. The farmer stop the beans and put more potatoes. He work more 70 hours per year and win more 8 000 € per year.


2005 : BAC STAE (science and technology of agronomy and the environment) :


During two years, I worked agronomy, the technical phyto (cereal, industrial crop, meadow, horticulture, vine growing, oenology, truck farming and Forest), the technical zoo (bovine, sheep, deer, poultry, rodent and aquaculture) and build machine theories. This license prepare the enter in BTSA.


I covered the subject of “the work of the ground without ploughing”.


2003 : Agricultural BEP vegetable productions : Genech institute


I learned agronomy, the culture of corn, beet, of potato, apple, strawberry, meadow, champagne, Forest, the bovine breeding, animal for the hunting and mechanic.


I covered the subject replacer barley by endive”.

I create my small business. I have contract with 5 French farmer. I advise the farmers :
  • in management, for the farm with a problem.
  • in marketing, for the farm with new project.
  • and on the agricultural financial market, for sales the production.


Responsible Conquest of new customers at the bank Crédit Agricole of Nord de l'Aisne

I made remotive the troops to make of new conquest, by challenges, brainstorming and the creation of new base of data. With the director, we manage 17 agencies with an average of 10 advisers. I was to also control their work on the saving and the insurances.

My objective is : “To have more new customer than lost client”, because the bank have a lot of old customer.

2009 : Marketing manager Aube et Haute-Marne at Offre & Demande Agricole


With the advise manager, we was responsible for Market research: Commercial development. I made a qualitative and quantitative analysis in order to isolated the problem and to find a solution. Every Wednesday, I manage Weekly magazine of the partner Champagne-Cereals. And I made of To prospective customer farmers for formation one the future markets


2007 – 2008 : Chief of culture and project for l'EARL Denoyelle (farm)


I manage for new project, the creation of a store of direct sales to the firm. I was covered the Chief of culture. With the farmer, we manage the production and agricultural work and the property.


2006 : Organize 2 open bar and 1 official reception :


I prepare of the evening with friend and serve beer, whiskey coke, vodka apple, shot and champagne.


Training technician with GAEC BECUWE


I Work and follow-ups of cultures (cereals, beet, potato, onion, salad, strawberry, white dandelion…). I drive a tractor, manage seasonal people and sale in shop of the farm. And I have help at the creation of a store of direct sales.
